Had a cold/sinus issue for over a month now. Been taking Tylenol sinus along with cough drops and cough medicine (Robitussin) At night. I have had zero relief. My coughing gets so bad I wake up finding myself running to the bathroom to say hi to the porcelain throne. It sends me to the bathroom multiple times during the day. Constantly feeling drained and achy. Any one have any tips? Anything natural that's safe for pregnancy? I am currently 18 weeks and very miserable.
