Ok so i was having sex on the floor, a floor coverd in tile. Horrible idea ik😂. Anyway my lower back was on the floor and he was between my legs and he kinda was going a lil rough and my back kept rubbing/scratching? The floor. Something like that. Long story short my lower back is really swole and it hurts to the touch. Its kinda like a really bad carpet burn without the carpet😂. Anyways how do i control or get rid of the pain? It has no scratches or anything just really swole/inflamed..
