My 4 week old daughter has a bad rash. She's had it since she was a week old. It started out as tiny blisters that spread across her bottom and vaginal area and now it's just bright red in those areas and looks a little swollen. I know there are some rash creams that can be used on boys but not girls. What kind did you use for your baby girl that actually worked? I've tried desitin, a&d ointment, Vaseline, breast milk, and monistat cream. Nothing is working. Advise please?
