My baby is 3weeks and 2 days and hes getting baby acne super bad more on the right side buy now hes getting a rash on his ear and head but it looks like a rash not like his face .. I made a apt to be sure but does anyone know if baby acne could go onto the head too ?my mother in law said "your a new mom your paranoid, the dr will give him a steroid and he doesn't need it" so that makes me question it all so here I am looking for answers from moms who have gone through it
