Gas or Baby?

Question

Sounds silly, but I just don't know. Obviously I would LOVE for it to be "baby butterflies" but it could be gas (or something else)....how do I differentiate?

If you're really early it's just gas. I didn't feel movement until 16 weeks and that's exceptionally early. You'll know the difference when you really feel it.
