Constantly feeding? Oakley is only 3 days old, and if she isn't being fed ( yes I have colostrum, I can hand express ) almost constantly, she screams and there is no consoling her.....we feel like we are losing our minds...we check if she has a dirty diaper, if her diaper clip is stuck uncomfortable, if she is too cold OR too hot....we try burping her.....nothing works...except the boob and when she falls asleep on the boob, to be constantly held. I know it's frowned upon, and it was NOT our plan, but my husband slept in the recliner with her in his arms secured with the Boppy pillow. We just couldn't take the screaming anymore when she had already fed for an HOUR AND A HALF ( yes suckling and swallowing the whole time )....please tell me someone else is going through this and has suggestions.
