This is my first month using the watch and I do like it. I could never get into the habit of 
 ral bbt I would always forget or take it after I was already rustling around for a while in the morning. I feel the Ava watch is extremely accurate, and also shows an average .3 spike in resting pulse rate which signals the beginning of the fertile window. So you have 5 days of fertility which is higher than any pee test ovulation tests. I am on month 9 TTC after a miscarriage month 4 TTC, so I am starting to freak out a little bit and this watch puts me more at ease knowing that it is doing the tracking and I don't have to worry about it. For that, it's worth it to me. It still is in the beginning phase and just added charting, which automatically updated on my app. I would assume more features will be added down the line too. Takes a couple months of date to calibrate so my ovulation prediction was not correct this first month.
