Picked a pediatrician?

Have you Moms picked a pediatrician already?  I have an appt for one on Tuesday. What questions should I be asking?  If you went to several what were some of the deciding factors to pick one over another?  Thanks for any and all advice!

We were told to have one picked out before baby comes n one that has hospital rights for where we are delivering

Where I'm located we only get a pediatrican if there's a concern.. my GP referred my son to one when he wasn't gaining weight (around 6 months old) . She asked if I was ok with her choice and I said yes because he was the same guy I saw as a kid haha. Otherwise we just see our family doctor for shots and checkups etc .
