So I had my first ultrasound today, I did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> so I should be 6w3d but I measured at only 5w5d and he could not see/hear the heartbeat yet. The doctor said it could be because the embryo floated around for a few days before implanting or it could mean the baby stopped growing and I could miscarry. He said its 50/50 at this point and I got back in a week to do another ultrasound. I am trying to stay positive but I can't help but worry. Does anyone have any similar stories where the outcome was positive? I just need to hear positive outcomes to keep feeling positive until next week. UPDATE: I went back today for a follow up and was told I miscarried. The baby stopped growing 😥 I have to decide what to do next, either a d&c or medicine.
