I just had my first ultrasound and doctors appointment thinking I was 7 weeks. My last period was on Jan 10 and I am slightly irregular (ranging from 27-35 days at times). The tech and doctor were only able to see a gestational sac and yolk sac and stated they think ovulated later in my cycle and my calculations could be off. They think I am more like 5-6 weeks and I have another appointment in 2 weeks to check progress and see if a fetal pole and heartbeat are present. Has this happened to anyone else and can share their experience? Hoping the doctor is right and I am just too early to see anything! Praying for better news next time!
