help! bleeding

So I passed several pee at home tests and went in for a blood test and it was positive. That was 2 days ago. Today I started bleeding red and small blood clots. I am 5 weeks today. I went to the hospital (Italian because we are stationed in Italy) and they did another blood test and it was negative. What is going on? I googled it and I read that I can not pass because of the bleeding? Anyone?
