how do you all wash your wubbanub?

Do I hand wash? Run through washer? I feel it's kinda gross if I can't wash it. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!!

You throw it in the washer then I sanitize the nipple by holding in boiling water. I will also wash with hot soap/water a few times each day if we've dropped it or left it lying around. She's getting where she wants her thumb instead of the wubbanub
