c section pain

So I had my c section yesterday morning, I am now home and in so much pain. This is my second section. It's not pain from my incision, it's really bad stomach ache :( I've already struggled urinating after the catheter was removed, this thankfully resolved this afternoon, also couldn't poop since having the section. Had my first bowel movement 2 hours ago yay! But now I'm just left with unbearable stomach ache, I wasn't sent home with any pain relief so I've just had paracetamol. I didn't have any of these problems with my first section.
