Tressame and it leaves my hair soft, shiny and I just like it.

I switch between shae moisture Jamaican black castor oil grow and repair shampoo an conditioner as well as it's a 10 shampoo and conditioner. 
I'll use redken for about 3 weeks after a fresh dye job though to help with dryness

I'm an aveda stylist and everything Is aveda down to the body wash &a makeup it's plant derived and a little pricey but very work the integrity of the hair

I use a hair mask a couple times a month, I don't use conditioner. I also use a solid shampoo bar from Lush. I love the shampoo bars because they last a long time and they strip the nasty build up from my hair. They are amazing.

I use the generic of clairol shimmer lights shampoo because i have color treated blonde hair and 99 cent store/dollar tree hair mask conditioner. It works so great on my hair and keeps it very soft and conditioned because my hair gets very dry and more so since i color it. I have thin hair as well and it doesnt weigh it down at all. Its saved my hair this last time when my hair was over processed and just breaking (thanks to the person that i got my hair colored by). People at salons always try to get me to buy expensive stuff to help my hair and i tried the stuff but it never worked. The last girl i went to that i got my hair cut from about 2 months ago, she suggested it and its only a dollar. My hair has never felt better and i was very skeptical about it at first but for a dollar i couldn't resist trying it out.
