I'm having my first ultrasound at 6w0d tomorrow. I may be further along (my cycles are crazy irregular). What should I expect to see tomorrow?

theyll do a pregnancy test but other than that its like a regular check up, they wont be able to hear the heartbeat yet. my second appointment was the ultrasound

You won't see much. I had a 6 week scan and all we saw was flashing on the screen which was the baby's heartbeat. The tiny grey splodge inside the black sac is my baby boy!! X
