22q11.2 / Digeorge syndrome
Hello everyone I am hoping someone has went through what I am currently going through and can put my mind at ease. I had the NIPTS test and showed I was high risk with a 1:5 chance of my child having 22q11.2 micro deletion AKA Digeorge syndrome. I had a CVS done today and I'm waiting 2 weeks for results. I'm so scared that my child might have severe defects. Has anyone been high risk for this as well but received a false positive result?
