Kissing my Bump?!

Question

My MIL tries to kiss my bump whenever she sees me or whenever we talk/FaceTime she says how much she can't wait to see us again so she can kiss it.

I've consistently told her No and was initially like I don't want anyone to touch me but I gave into that because I felt bad (we don't have a good relationship and I didn't want her to think I was merely being spiteful).

A) is that a very weird request?
B) is it mean of me to say no?
C) if it isnt or is, either way, the fact she won't let it drop.. is that rude of her or am I being sensitive?

For me, Daddy can kiss it, grandmas can get away with unsolicited touching...grandpas don't try. That's it. If you didn't put it there, keep your face away. If you birthed a person who did, then you are allowed to touch. Anyone else, can look and admire.

Ummmmm, just no. No. No. No. I'd just explain to her that she's not actually kissing the baby, she's kissing your stomach. I don't even let people touch my bump haha (except DH). My body, my rules.

I dont think it's unreasonable to ask her not to. It is your body and it is kind of weird. 
I even get weird when my partner touches me. I don't like to be touched without being warned lol
My niece came up and rubbed my belly the other day and I almost lost it, she's only 4 and excited. 
If my partners mother tried anything like that, or tried to touch me, I think I would lose my mind hahaha

I understand the personal choice~! Personally I love the affection and attention for me and the LO so that's why I don't mind. But unsolicited bump kissing is another story.. I may have to drag them lol

My MIL and I don't have a very tight relationship either. I actually can't stand here. She's talked about wanting to touch my stomach and I just give her a look. I don't want anyone but me and my husband touching my stomach. I don't think it's mean to not want her to touch your stomach, it is YOUR stomach.

I would have no issues telling my MIL to back off. My own mom doesn't touch my bump without asking first. Only my SO and son kiss my belly.
