Hello! My wife and I have been talking about having a baby. It won't be for another 2 or 3 years that we start trying. But of course we have to go through artificial insemination. Are there any recommendations for things I may start doing now to prepare. I want my body to be perfect when we start trying. Also should I talk to my doctor and get recommendations from him or is it to early for that. Thank you!
