BACK PAIN 😓
Do any others on here suffer from severe lower back pain? What are your tips or tricks for reliefs? What doctors or specialists or treatments helped you the most ? PLEASE HELP 🙏🏽 I'm TTC not pregnant yet btw
I'm 27 and I have severe low back left side pain. I'm seeing a chiro and physical therapist and get massages occasionally and I'm afraid nothing will ever fix the problem
According to my doc I don't look like a candidate for surgery but I do have mild scoliosis
I have a very forward neck, rotated hips, and low back pinching and aching
