Yes, that's what I use. I have with all 3 pregnancies...the pills are large though and you might have to take an extra vit. D supplement depending on where you live, I'm in the northwest so I need a lot. Also take at night, they sometimes make me nauseous.

I use vegetarian ones from my local health food store. I used those for awhile but I found that whenever I burped I tasted them and it made me sick. The health food stores ones seem to stay down better but they cost a lot more. The more expensive ones from the health food store are supposed to be better but I figure something is better than nothing. I go less with which is technically "better" and more with what I can actually stomach. I tried 4 or 5 brands before I found one that doesn't make me nauseas.

I use that one. I haven't had any issues with it so far. I have a DHA supplement I take in addition, and if I take them at the same time, my stomach gets angry. But that was an easy problem to fix. 😉
