Prenatal Vitamins
What is the best prenatal vitamin to take? Does anyone else struggle to swallow the pill? I tend to feel super sick before taking it because once I do swallow it I start gagging and then I feel even more nauseous after taking it. Is there anything I can do to prevent that feeling?? Help... I wanna take my vitamin but it's sooo hard sometimes... 😕
