Clomid Multiple Births

I'm sure this has been asked before but I have to ask. Talk to the Fertility Nurse today, going on Clomid next time Aunt Flo comes to visit, I have moderate PCOS. This is our first. She telling me all the side effects etc. One of those is multiple babies is higher, twin mostly. I knew this and aware it's a possiblity. Later she was looking at a scan I had in December and starts laughing. "Well your chances of having twins just increased drastically and triplets are now a possibility." She just laughed. It's hard to explain medically why but it cracks me up. Oh my.
