I'm 10w4d and I feel like I'm going to start a period almost just like achy feeling in my uterus are and I haven't had actual cramps or any bleeding (I did spot but I mean minimal almost like when you have a cut down there, but I don't) and I did have sex yesterday... I'm just nervous since I miscarried in October. I'm watching my bleeding & cramping in case I need to call my doctor... anyway, thoughts?
