Teething... HELP

My son has bern teething since 2 m. Hes now 5 m and it's gotten exponentially worse. he cries all the time, has slept only napped 10 min at a time and 3 hours at night for the past 5 days, and wont take a teething ring. He's miserable, and so are we. any help would be amazing <3
