Clear egg white cm with slight spotting (blood)

Hi yesterday and today had clear egg white cm with spots of blood in it same today I'm in the middle of my cycle possible ovulation time, it's only there now and then when I wipe when going to the loo. Can anyone tell me it this is ovulation bleed and how long does it last for, my partner and I have been trying nearly everyday since I feb, has anyone had the same symptoms and become pregnant .... Been trying for 8 months now
