Increasing supply?
So I'm an exclusive pumper. My little guy could never latch right and after 14 weeks of trying to get him to breast feed I gave up and went just to pumping. Anyway- I typically pump about 24 Oz a day. Kiddo typically eats 28 Oz a day. I have a freezer stash from the first 3 months, but I'm using it faster than I like. I typically pump 4 times a day- 5am, 11am, 4pm, and 9pm. I pump for 20 minutes at 5, 15 minutes at 11 and 4, and 30 minutes at 9pm. I pump these times because of work. I pump longer on days I don't work.
How can I increase without adding extra pumping sessions?
Things I've tried- fenugreek. I took it for about a week. It didn't work and have me embarrassingly awful gas.
I'm going to power pumping today and tomorrow. I can't this weekend because I work.
Thoughts? Things to try? Keep in mind I only ever have 3 days in a row that I don't work. I'm a nurse and I work 12 hour days- 3v days a week. So my 2 -15 minute pumping sessions are all I get.
