SOS!! Headache Relief?!

I have just started getting headaches, migraines even! Is there any relief?? Anything I can do?? Please help!

My OB told me to take 2 Tylenol, 2 Benadryl, and drink a coke/coffee. It's basically the equivalent is taking an Excedrine migraine. I've done it twice so far and it's worked for me! I've also found that a chewing motion (opening and closing my mouth really wide) also helps relieve some of the pressure. Hope this helps!

I started having them recently as well, the past one had me in bed for two days 👎🏽 When speaking to my doctor the only thing you can do is drink lots of water and take Tylenol. I wouldn't recommend taking Tylenol every headache you get, only if it's really really needed. Good luck!

Ice your head and neck
Heat pack to back of your neck
Tylenol 
Cup of coffee
Stay in a dark room 
Stay away from screen (phone, tv)
Light yoga
