should I go asap or wait?

My daughter just turned 2 months today and she's 100% bf and for the past two days she's been SUPER fussy, crying most of the day (save the morning after a nice sleep) and not wanting to stop even when I try to nurse her. She's also begun to spit up multiple times a day... (I even keep her sitting up 30 min after a nursing session like the doctor said and she'll spit up while being upright) it's gotten to where some of the spit up is even projectile.. Her poop has also gotten VERY thick. Almost like cold peanut butter and it smells foul... Not just normal sweet sour kind of smell like I'm talking clear the room foul... And lastly her temp has stayed around 99.1-99.5 under the arm...
