Mirena came out!
I had Mirena inserted 28 days ago. Until yesterday I was just spotting, yesterday I got a heavy period. I usually use a pad and a tampon. Before going to sleep, I want to make sure I change my tampon. When I reached to take the tampon out, I just pull the strings and Mirena came out. Well, I didn't have tampon because I took out hours before. This morning the bleeding is gone. What should I do now?
