Late 4 days

So I am late 4 days can it be because of the stress this month? I did move out of my parents house and in a apartment with my bf. I have been stressing about the money and food, and the bills and now about my period. I was suppose to get it Sunday. On monday evening I had a little bit of bleeding and it stopped. I have sore boobs, mostly nipples and my lover abomin hurts and it feels like I have a period but after checking nothing. Could I be pregnant or is it just stress? Taking a home test tomorrow morning btw.
