what kind of jewelry

What is the best jewelry to use for nose rings... I had bought some from Clair's but they irritated my nose so much that I had to change it to a retainer... my original nose ring was a screw and I don't want to put that back in there but this plastic retainer nose ring then literally flew out my nose 4 times 2 times with sneezing and the other 2 while rubbing my nose on the other side... since I had the other rings in there my nose is slightly irritated and the dr gave me an antibiotics ointment to rub on it and told me to not use that same kinda ring again... I will be looking to order a few off line so if any sites you use that will be helpful also thanks in advance
