This guy will constantly text me saying he saw me at a certain place. He will even ask what me and my boyfriend are doing in his bedroom while we're in there. I saw one after we had sex and he said he liked the position we were in? Is it just a coincidence or is he actually watching us?

You need to file a report. Get a print out of your texts from that number from the cell phone company and file a report. Avoid walking alone at night or leaving your door unlocked and stuff. Just be careful and see what the police say.
