Tailbone pain?

Anyone else feeling pain directly above their tailbone?! I feel it when I go from laying down to standing up, and sometimes when I'm sitting. It hurts like hell!! Seeing a chirpractor and another physical therapist this month to see if I can figure out what's causing it.

I had it really bad a few weeks ago but I've always struggled with my hips. I went to the chiropractor and he adjusted my hips and back and I haven't had it since! Hopefully they can do the same for you :)

I have it bad my dr said it's due to constipation and it's annoying pain I've had since 10 weeks I'm 21 weeks now it comes and goes

Do cat-cow stretches and talk to your provider about other lower back stretches. Between cat-cows, donkey kicks, even deep squats, side leg lifts while laying on the floor, (and one or two others that I'm totally prego-braining on right now) help me keep my lower back pains under control.

There are a ton of ligaments that are stretching in your tailbone right now. Unfortunately that means pain sometimes. I see a chiropractor who specializes in Webster technique who is able to adjust my pelvis to better carry baby with less pain. I would definitely recommend chiropractic care. 😊

Yep I've started getting it since been pregnant when I walk around for a long time. I read it can be to do with the sciatic nerve

Same here, but I'm at my desk all day , the ache starts within the first couple of hours and lasts all day. I still feel it sometimes when I go to bed.
