I'm 7 weeks pregnant and yesterday I went to the bathroom and noticed spotting. Called the local er and they said it was normal. Went to be at 730 and woke up at 530 the next morning to completely soaked through a liner. Called and didn't really tell me anything. Now it's back to ligh spotting but when I wipe it's a moderate amount of blood. I've had cramping too, just like a period. I have an appointment in the morning with an obgyn. I'm a first time mom so idk what's normal!
