12 weeks, lots of bleeding and cramping. Went to the ER, we're okay

So I laid down for a nap this afternoon, woke up in a decent size pool of blood. Got up, it was dripping down my legs. So SO and I rushed to the er, they did an ultrasound. The baby is okay, heart beat is steady and they were moving around quite a bit. The doctor said it is good that they're active, called it a threatened miscarriage and sent me home. They think it was caused by us have g rather rough sex this morning, and my baby daddy is pretty big and I always feel him hit my cervix. So too much aggitation

My question is, I'm still bleeding. Not as much, its no longer gushing just when I wipe there's still blood.

Has anyone experienced this and the baby turned out to be fine?
