scholarship question for masters in counseling psychology

Hey everyone. I got accepted into the masters program I wanted yesterday. :) which is the masters program of counseling psychology. 
But it's really expensive so I'm looking at scholarships. So many are race and gender based. Like "scholarship for black women pursuing psychology" and "Scholarship for graduate level asian men"
Am I crazy or is this unfair? I'm a white female and haven't found one scholaraship for white women. Because if they said that it would be racist right?
Employers can't discriminate because of gender or race so why can these people? Ugh I am so frustrated. 
Ps I had no idea what topic to put this in.
