sickness at night only?

I'm 7.5 weeks and I always feeling the worst at night. Around 10pm is when my stomach aches and I become nauseous. Is there a way to prevent this? Is it something I'm doing wrong during the day? I don't work and I practically sleep all day

I had this too and it seems to be getting a little better now in my 15th week. I take Unisom before bed and that seems to help so you could ask your doctor about that. Sparkling water also helps me a little. I hope you feel better!

I had that. I just made sure to not let myself get hungry and that seems to do the trick
