Love your body it's always on a journey.

Britany

There have been a rash of people talking about how much they hate their bodies or how much they can't wait for their bodies to come back, and while it's understandable to feel different and frustrated with it sometimes- I would counter that you should feel that way and then let that feeling pass. Be gentle with yourself and love what your body is capable of. You made another entire human... Be grateful to your body for that and allow it time to heal and shift size and shape. Bodies aren't meant to "bounce right back" and anyone telling you that is lying. Everyone's body, pregnancy, delivery, and journey is different. Stay humble and thankful that your body has been able to carry and create a life, and be patient with your body's next steps. If we all did this, we would love ourselves more and out mental and physical well-being would be profoundly impacted as well. It's not about being a perfect hot trophy mom who instantly lost all her baby weight and fit right back into her pre pregnancy jeans, the goal should be to remain healthy, recover from something that took your body 9 months to prepare for, and pay attention to what your body needs.

You are beautiful no matter your shape or size.

Your body does amazing things, appreciate it !
