False positive?

My hubby and I recently had a MC just last month. That pregnancy was not planned but when we found out we were excited. Once we miscarried we decided to start trying immediately and my period was due today but no period. I took a test a couple of months ago and it was negative and I took one today and it's positive. Is there any chance of it being a false positive??? I don't want to get my hopes up to only be disappointed.
