My baby wakes up at 6 everyday😐

My baby is 5 months old and he wakes up at 6am everyday i try to change this but it doesn't work. Even if he had naps the day before,if he doesn't sleep the day before, if he is hungry or not, if he wakes up an 1 hour before , i try to rock him , he goes to sleep at 8pm and still wakes up at 6 last night he slept at 10pm but NOTHING WORKS I NEED HELP I'm going crazy😣😣😣 and when he wakes up at 6 he is very tired but doesn't go to sleep.
