how did your body change after c section?

I am like 3 pounds away from my pre pregnancy weight and my pants still cut off my circulation when I button them !!!!! Will they ever fit again? How did your body change after csection ?

I used to have a killer ass but now it's saggy. 👎🏼 6 weeks Monday and I plan on lots of squats and booty exercises!

I've had 2 csections and my body went back to the same as before, both times. There was some swelling and softness in the abdomen for 3 or 4 weeks but after that went down it was the same as before.

Ugh mine changed alot😔 I'm 8 months pp and the whole area around my bellybutton is squishy and stretchy and I have visible stretch marks and I have a small pouch. Very unhappy. But oh well.

I have nerves damage the bottom of my belkys still numb so my shirt can ride up and I won't feel it lol. And my back hurts from the spinal block still if I move just right

Im 3 weeks pp from one and my body basically already back to normal with flat stomach and incision fully healed. i mean i was 85lbs pre-pregnancy and went up to 130 being pregnant now im 106 so im pretty glad i got a lil thicker. Lol. But the area around the cut will always be numb its rare that youll get the feeling back in that area. 😁

My hips got wider because of the pregnancy, so I had to go up two pants sizes. Other than that everything went back to normal!! It took about 5 months for the "pouch" above my incision to go away. But it looks normal now!! No one can tell I had a c section even in a bikini.
