My little girl is 3 months old and she isn't sleeping well at night. We have a bedtime routine and she will go down easy at first but once she wakes up for a feed she wont settle the rest of the night (she is breastfed). She will fidgit and wriggle whislt asleep so much she will wake herself up. I can only get her to sleep if she asleep on me but I have to be sitting up holding her (also the only way i can get some sleep). I have tried swaddling her, propping her up, winding her, giving Infacol, trying a variety of dummys/pacifier  but she has refused them since she was born and even just ignoring it. Im really at my wits end and could use some advise. Thanks xx
