Oh my goodness! I just experienced a Charlie horse in my left calf for the first time EVER.  I woke up at 4 am with this extremely painful and pinching sensation. Hubby asked if he could massage it out and I practically fell off the bed saying "no don't touch it"!!! Anyone else getting these yet?? What are you doing for them? I've been eating plenty of bananas (in my Honey Bunches of Oats and with my peanut butter and toast) but I don't know what else to do. Hoping and praying I don't get any more of these!! Walking around today is still painful!
