There is YouTube videos on how to wrap them etc. I have a bobba wrap very similar and to be honest it's a pain in the ass trying to get a one month old into it who doesn't want to go in.

I have the "breeze" one.  I've used it for my 2 week old.  There's only one position that's recommended for newborns (the first one in the book).  Basically, you put the wrap on, as described in the booklet, then hold the baby upright against your chest and strap him on.  If your baby kinda collapses into a chin-to-chest ball ( this is what my baby kept doing at first), you've done it wrong and baby wot be able to breathe.  Try again and make sure his belly is to your belly, w his head either forward ( facing you) or turned to the side.

Hope that helps!  This thing is a lifesaver, allows me to do things (cleaning, cooking, etc) while holding my baby.  And baby loves it, it's one of the most reliable ways to get her to sleep.
