Help me keep my sanity ladies!

Ladies, my son will be 12 weeks old on Tuesday, and just got his first round of shots 3 days ago. All day yesterday and today, he has been wide awake, missing all his naps and falling asleep 4 hours past his bedtime last night - unless I'm holding him. Now, I love the snuggles of course, but I have to eat and use the bathroom and I can't do that if he's screaming or in my arms. Ladies, is this normal? Also, if you have any suggestions on how to help him take naps again, I would appreciate it :) Please keep it positive :) Thanks!
