Am i the only one

Im only 11 weeks at first it was twins but i sadly lost baby a but baby b is still very healthy and going strong but i feel huge is this a baby bump or bloat my stomach is hard and this is my baby#2 its totally weird bc i didnt show untill i was almost five months with my daughter ...we are hoping for a boy!!
