How Much Should I Be Able To Pump?
I pump an average of 100mL per breast ten minutes each and in the morning I can pump 120-150 per breast. My son is nearly 4 mo and I started pumping day 1.
Is this normal or an abundance? I was pumping a bit less for a couple days a while back, like 40-60mL per breast so thought I was loosing my supply and got some fenugreek supplements. I only used them here and there and got back to my "usual" 100+
What do y'all think?
