getting up to pee!!

Hi ladies,

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days. The reason I knew I was pregnant was because I kept getting up all night to pee. Is anyone frequently peeing all the time? I wake up 3 times a night to pee. I feel like I've been holding it all night but when I go pee it's just a very small amount 😡😡 has anyone experienced this ?
