lots of discharge

Hopefully you don't think this is TMI, but hopefully someone has some advice on what this is. I am almost 8 weeks, and I am taking progesterone suppositories. Last night my DH and I had sex without a condom. About 30 mins after, I put my suppository in. This morning, after working out, I went to the restroom and a huge amount of clear snot looking discharge came out of me. Could it be from last night? Cause I know the semen can't really go anywhere now that I am pregnant. Or is it something I should worry about? I still feel totally fine with no spotting or anything.
