Ladies so today I went out and bought unisom and vitamin b6 for morning sickness not that I have any symptoms as of now but I honestly want to be ready if I do. Can anyone explain the dosage to me my GYN says take this combination at night but how does this help in the morning and the entire next day? Thanks ladies in advance 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

My Dr just had me start this the other day. The b6 helps with the nausea and unisom helps with sleep, my Dr thought I was probably getting migraines because I wasn't sleeping, which was true. I take the b6 morning, afternoon, and night, and the unisom 30 minutes before I go to bed. Works like a charm.

I take vitamin b6, half a pill 3x a day. And I take half a pill of unisom before bed! It has been working wonders for me!

My doctor told me to take vitamin B6 in the morning and if needed later in the day. Then I take 50mg of unisom a night which is two pills. I'm interested to hear that some people are only taking a half of a unisom. It works well I think. At least makes it more manageable.

Definitely works!! 12 weeks tomorrow and morning sickness is making a comeback so I will be back to that tonight! I take it before bed and feel great all day! I am taking 100 mg of B6 and I think 10 mg of Unisom (it's half a pill) but I've bumped up to a whole pill!

So I had a combo pill that was unisom and b-6. I had to take two at bedtime, one in the morning, and one at lunch. The dosage was 10 mg/100 mg per pill (10 mg unisom, 100 mg b-6). Hope this helps! I would check your dosages on both medications and calculate how much you'd have to take when. If not, ask your doctor or possibly pharmacist!
